4. With the laboratory on full display to the public we must ensures it is kept clean and tidy at all times.

5. To provide fully integrated, comprehensive laboratory services to inpatients and outpatients, also toother community health care organizations. We work together with other healthcare professionals  to provide a continuum of care focused on the patients we serve.
