“OLD FRIENDS MEET UP”
DR SUNYA VIRAVAIDYA CHAIRMAN & CEO OF PATTAYA INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL VISITS PROFESSOR GRAHAM BROWN, DIRECTOR OF THE NOSSAL INSTITUTE OF GLOBAL HEALTH AT THE NOSSAL INSTITUTE, UNIVERSITY OF MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA. THE TWO WERE IN THE 1970 CLASS OF MEDICINE UNIVERSITY OF MELBOURNE.

On the 23rd March 2012, on behalf of Pattaya International Hospital, Dr Sunya hosted in Banglamung, the BanBanglamung Social Welfare Development Center a donation to the elderly people of the Thai community. The donation also comprised of rice, food and household articles
On the 6th March 2012
On the 6th March 2012, Pattaya International Hospital hosted once again a visit from a Korean delegation from Deagu City South Korea. The group was made up from Deagu city officers, doctors and directors of their hospital. The main interest was to have case studies, bench marking and to exchange experiences regarding medical tourism. They were very grateful with the hospital’s hospitality and enjoyed watching the hospital’s overview information and participating on a hospital tour.

On the 26th January 2012, Pattaya International Hospital hosted a visit from a delegation from the Norwegian Embassy in Bangkok.
On the 26th January 2012, Pattaya International Hospital hosted a visit from a delegation from the Norwegian Embassy in Bangkok. They were very interested to participate in a hospital tour around the hospital and were impressed with the facilities that the hospital has to offer.

On the 7th December 2011, Asian Trails, one of the leading inbound tour operators in Thailand, recommended and organized a visit to Pattaya International Hospital for a dentist and family doctor group from Estonia They were interested to see one of the leading medical care facilities in Thailand.
PATTAYA EXPATS CLUB
On Sunday the 27th November 2011, on behalf of Pattaya International Hospital, Dr. Cherdpong Hansasuta a podiatrist surgeon ( specializing with the treatment of disorders of the foot, ankle and lower leg) gave an educational lecture as a guest speaker, about his work in helping patients with such ailments to a packed and attentive audience of the Pattaya expat’s club. Their new venue with the weekly Sunday meetings is now in the Mercure Hotel. Dr. Cherdpong will initially commence his consultation schedule at Pattaya International Hospital in December, every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 17:00 – 19:00 hrs.
